What I Wore: Nike & Public Romance

Jumpsuit - Public Romance
Necklace - Topshop
Shirt - Penneys
Shoes - Nike

Evening mes chers!

Today I decided to style up a couple of new bits that I had picked up while on a massive shopping binge last week! The first item I picked up was this stunning vintage denim jumpsuit that I purchased in Public Romance at their most recent kilo sale. Literally the minute I saw it I lost my ability to breathe. I am a sucker for denim, especially vintage denim. As the jumpsuit is very oversized on me, I opted to tie the Penneys shirt around my waist, as to not completely hide my figure!
I obviously had to pair this ensemble with gold jewellery, another thing I am a sucker for. I found this BEAUT of a necklace in Topshop just a few days ago. I had been on the search for a gold necklace that had a bit of weight to it and the fashion gods once again, decided to aid me on this quest. I found this in the sale section, and then combined with my student discount it only cost me about €6!
Now this post would not be complete without mentioning the purchase I'm most excited about; my Nike Air Force 1's! I have been lusting after these bad boys for weeks now, and I finally had enough money to buy them last week! They were the last pair in my size in the store, so I'm going to use fate as a justification for the price of them (nearly €100 *dies*).

So guys, do you like? Let me know what you think.

Red Pill or Blue Pill?

"Like everyone else, you were born into bondage, born inside a prison that you cannot smell, taste, or touch. A prison for your mind."

Evening lovelies!

I finally have a new OOTD for you! For the last while I have been watching and re-watching 90's movies. The Matrix Trilogy is by far some of the best movies I've ever watched (except The Matrix Reloaded, what the fuck were you guys thinking?!?).

Anyhoo, I picked up this oversized leather jacket in the SVP shop in town for a fiver! It's ridiculously too big for me but I just can't stop obsessing over it! I insisted on wearing it today and decided to snap a few pictures while I was at it!

My boyfriend and I decided it would be cool to shoot in his apartment block's car park. The lighting made the pictures come out quite graining, but honestly I think it adds to the whole feel of these photos. Something different, dya know?

Morpheus is by far, the coolest character that appears in The Matrix Trilogy and I think he would be rocking these glasses if he was around today, or real for that matter! I picked these up in Zara while I was in Tenerife and I fricking love them!

Let me know what you think guys!

What I'm wearing
Jacket - SVP
T-shirt - Newbury Comics
Jeans - Pull & Bear
Shoes - TkMaxx
Earring - Claire's
Choker - Claire's

So what will it be guys, red pill or blue pill?

Insta-Roundup

Evening all!
(Anyone else notice I seem incapable of blogging during the day?)

This post was supposed to go up last night but alas, life/my god awful hangover got in the way! I have been absolutely addicted to Instagram (@thispetiteinferno) of late and I thought it would be cool to do a 'round-up' of the type of pictures I have been sharing over on that platform.

Last week was a week of selfies, watching Silence of the Lambs for the first time (amazing), Tumblr quotes, modelling and shaping my eyebrows. As you can tell, I lead a very exciting life!

I have to addressed the changes I keep making to the blog, I'm trying to find a layout and font and everything that I am happy with so bear with me. Oh, and feel free to give your feedback also.

All my love,

Sinead

1920's shoot

Evening everyone!

Who else has that Friday feeling? I know I do! It's Paddy's weekend which means I only have to work tomorrow and then I am  free from my shackles until Tuesday!

Yesterday, I went in front of the camera for my delightful classmate Sarah - Jane for a college assignment. We had to select an era to take inspiration from and SJ chose the 1920's.

I was so excited to do the shoot as I love the 1920's and I'll take any excuse to dress myself up! It also gave me a chance to show off my newly shaped eyebrows. I know people think I'm crazy but if I think my eyebrows are looking good I feel like I can conquer the world!

Anyhoo, here are a few shots from the shoot. I warmed up the colours of the last two shots to give them more of a vintage feel. I'm still trying to figure out editing and Photoshop so be prepared to see a lot of experimental photos over the next while!

What I'm wearing:
Slip dress: Penneys
Beads: Claire's
Kimono: Thrifted
Hold-ups: Penneys
Shoes: Penneys

Let me know what you think!

All my love,

Sinead

January Wishlist

Clockwise from lipstick;

I've been doing a lot of online browsing over the past week (my whole life), and I'm trying to make everything I do a productive exercise so ladies and gentlemen, I present to you..

My first ever wish list!

Before we get into it, I would first like to point out my fabulous Photoshopping skills. I was sick of seeing wish list posts with a plain background so I thought I'd jazz mine up a little.

Lime Crime Lipstick
I have been searching for a black lipstick since I saw Louise wear it at Spencer's party in Season 2 of Made in Chelsea. I'm a tab obsessive when it comes to MIC...Getting off track here, the point I'm trying to make is, that to my delight Lime Crime stock a fabulous opaque one for $18, which converts roughly to €13. Delighted!
Not only am I in love with the colour, I'm also head over heels for the packaging! They have unicorns on their lipsticks, just let that awesomeness sink in...

UNIF Holographic Bomber Jacket
Whoever decided that holograhpic things should be a fashion trend, is a sheer genius. I just can't get enough of it; shoes, bags, chokers, everything!
This beauty takes the top place though. I stumbled upon this jacket on Dolls Kill and I have to say, I think it has stolen my heart.Again, the price is in dollars, so it works out at about €99 once converted.
Is it terrible to say that I'm really tempted?

Topshop Platforms
As many of you may have read in one of my previous posts, which you can read here, I am showing off my MC skills at an upcoming fashion show.I bought an unbelievable jumpsuit to wear for the night and it has a really funky 70's vibe to it, and I thought these heels would be perfect to complete the look.
Be prepared to see these in upcoming OOTDs.

Blackmilk Leoglas Dress
Firstly, if you do not regonise the beautiful specimen that is the centre piece of this dress, then you need to click out of this page right-now and watch the Lord of the Rings Triology and the two released parts of the Hobbits....Have you done that?
Right, then you may continue.
Leoglas has always been my favourite character in LOTR, and I literally think my favouritism borders on unhealthy most of the time.
Basically, this dress is the only way I will ever have Legolas on my body outside of my dreams.

Asos Oversized T-shirt
This is going to sound kind of boring, but I'm in dire need of an oversized white t-shirt. I can't even count the amount of times that I have woken up and wished I had a massive t-shirt to throw on over leggings so I didn't have to think about what to wear for the day.
I found this one on Asos for €21 and I'm definitely purchasing it when pay day comes around
Right now that seems like an eternity away. *sigh*

Okay guys, I know that this post was a lot than it needed to be. But we made it through together, and I think our bond is stronger for it.

Shall we have more bonding time? ;)

Let me know what you thought of this kind of post, I had loads of fun writing it!

Mucho love,

Sinead

OOTD - Rebel

Lipstick - MAC Rebel
Hat - Camden Market (Similar)
Jewellery - Penneys/Primark
Leotard - Penneys/Primark
Pants - Bershka
Boots - TK Maxx (Similar)

Hello my lovelies!

It's been ages since I last posted a OOTD and this page was in need of a few new pictures of my face.

I should address the opened pants thing straight away; the zip broke just before we starting shoot and I didn't want to change, so I thought they would look cool opened.

Disaster avoided!

Everything in this post bar the boots, which I bought last week in TK Maxx, are old. Sorry guys!

Let me know what you think!

Mucho love,

Sinead

Moschino - Pre Fall 2014

Our boy from Kansas city has done it!
He has shunned the non-believers and surpassed all his followers expectations. Three days ago, Jeremy Scott took to Instagram to preview his Pre-Fall 2014 collection, which Vogue has described as "totally entertaining"
First thing to catch my eye was, of course, this fantastic cow-print backpack:

Jeremy has thought of everything for this collection, creating something that will please every girl in fashion.

From the demure and sophisticated fashionista's of New York...

...to the girl who dresses 'for the irony':

Many of the designs jumped out at me, but this one spoke to me. I've always been a fan of the baseball jumper trend. It's probably got something to do with the fact that I always wished I was an American cheerleader dating the hottest jock in high-school (Anyone else? No? Okay then). If you were never a fan, here's the design to make you a believer! For all you street-style bloggers, Scott solves the age of problem of "WHO ARE YOU WEARING?". Just turn your back to those paps, and let it be known.  I envision Miley rocking this in the next few months. Mark my words!

I also have to address the fact that Jeremy has used one of my favourite colour combinations of all times in abundance in this collection, black and gold. It's as if he made this collection for me.

Jeremy's got you covered!

The collection on whole is oozing with fun, but not to the extend where nothing is wearable. Jeremy Scott has lived up to Franco Moschino's aesthetic, while staying true to himself in the process.  If this is anything to go by, then we are in for a treat in February.

Basically, Jeremy Scott is a god.

I would love to know what you think on the collection, which you can see in full here.

Mucho love,

Sinead
